1977 Corvette Stingray
Exceptional Condition 25,000 OR Possible trade for right Harley Davidson in Exceptional condition.
She is driven regular every weekend weather permitting (sunny dry day only).
If you are looking for a truly one of kind Stingray this is likely your car. Over the last 5 years I have invested 35 thousand dollars plus in this vehicle. Documentaion available just ask I will fax to you. Yea the whole thing got completely out of control and has to end.
A brief overview follows, detailed documentation available by fax approx 160-190 pages.
Starting with the suspension all rubber is gone and replaced with neoprene, the rear steel mono spring is now fiberglass. The front factory control arms are gone and replaced with heavy welded control arms this is necessary to remove the coil springs and replace with a stainless steel wound mono leaf spring. Yes the front end no longer has coil springs car does also now have gas shocks all around.
Exhaust system is hooker headers with hooker custom pipes finished with stainless steel mufflers and stainless tips.
Power steering is completely new pump, reservoir, hoses, control valve and ram.
Emergency brake system has been completely replaced and is over ninety percent in stainless steel. Regular brakes have a new chrome master and booster and are in excellent condition.
Transmission is a new rebuilt R4 700 with a high performance valve body and custom linkage so she looks normal inside the console.
The engine is a new GM crate 350 straight from GM in top condition we fitted her with an Edelbrock 1406 carb.
Cooling system is completely upgraded she now has an electric water pump with a custom built aluminum radiator carrying two 4900 CFM electric cooling fans and new heater core.
Auto electric is covered by a new 18 circuit wiring harness; power supply is from a chrome 140 amp output alternator. New wiper motor and blower motor along the way also.
Both doors have new door panels, new latch assemblies, new locks, new window regulators and new window motors.
Dash top is new (not a cover a real top) and both front panels including the map pouch. Instruments are original and working except the clock which is new aftermarket and working.
Steering column is rebuilt including all switches.
Wheels have been painted to match car and trimmed out with original GM chrome rings and center caps.
All lenses have been replaced so no milky white look here.
Body was removed and all repairs needed have been done all body mounts where repaired or replaced before returning body to car she is straight. Paint is color shift and changes from Purple to Teal Green to Gold and reddish Gold.
